How it works
- We advertise and homeowners come to us. We run paid advertising for high-intent searches — people actively looking to get a job done now, not browsing. Our assistant, Skylar, collects what they need, where they are, and how soon.
- We text you the job. Trade, zip code, what the homeowner wants and how urgent it is. You reply YES to claim it, and it's yours exclusively — we don't sell the same lead to four contractors and let you race for it.
- You contact the homeowner and do what you do. Skylar checks in afterward to confirm it got handled. The quote, the price and the job are entirely yours; we take no cut of the work.

If a lead is bad, you don't pay for it
Reply to the lead text within 48 hours and we credit it automatically, no argument, if the number is disconnected or wrong, the property is outside the area you serve, it's the wrong trade, it duplicates a lead we already sent you, or the homeowner never asked to be contacted.
What isn't a credit: the homeowner chose someone else, didn't buy, or wasn't ready yet. That's the part of the job that's yours, and pricing it into your close rate is the honest way to think about lead cost.

Are you a contractor too?
No. We never quote, never do the work, and never compete with you. We make money only by sending you work you accept.
Is Skylar a person?
Skylar is an AI assistant, and she'll say so if a homeowner asks. Real people run this company and read what comes in.
How many leads should I expect?
We won't invent a number. We're starting in this market, volume depends on what advertising actually delivers here, and you'll see it before you owe anything. Anyone promising you a lead count on day one is guessing at your expense.
